The New Republic: Burmese Junta Can't Be Ignored
One surprising find among the WikiLeaks cable release was information on North Korea's military collaboration with the Burmese junta. Joshua Kurlantzick of The New Republic warns that while it would be difficult for Burma to develop a nuclear program, world leaders shouldn't ignore the possibility.
