National Review: A Small Win On Health Care
Yesterday a Virginia court found that part of the sweeping health care overhaul passed this March is unconstitutional. James C. Capretta of National Review argues that although this was a step in the right direction, the repeal of the health care law is too important to be left up to the unpredictable judicial process.
